Failing to understand job role

During interviews some of the candidates lose out because they are not able to convince the employer about their interest in job. internally they eagerly want the job but cant convince the employer which results in a failure again.
Lack of confidence
When a candidate uses too many negative words such as ” I am not sure” , “May be I can” etc .It prostrates your lack of confidence to employer. The negative gestures or negative body language plays a spoilsport in your selection in interviews. instead use words like “surely I can do it”, “its challenging but I can do it”
